Trish was ill again but determined to get about. We bought a camper and went off to the IOM to see her mother who was also suffering with cancer. We went off to France in the summer to see Paul and spend some time in the sun. We didn't expect it to be the hottest summer in history! Back to Douglas for Joan's funeral and our silver wedding, and the year finished with the Killeys coming to Consett.
