After we came back from America in 1996, Trish found she had breast cancer. She took a year off from college and got herself well again. 1997 was a bit of a reaction - we bought a trailer-tent and had one trip away after another. We spent the spring having every 3rd weekend away to get over chemo and the summer camping all over Europe. When we got home, Trish went off to the Isle of Man with Simon and decided when she was there that she needed a holiday - so she booked a week in Malta with Martin, who didn't have to go back to school as he'd finished in May!
